“A referral is sending someone you care about to someone you trust!”
Pamela J. Rickel is a true professional Realtor® and that affords her clients both peace of mind and the luxury of having fun while she guides them to success in reaching their real estate goals. Pamela has published articles on the real estate market in the past and was featured in a real estate talk show interview.
Pamela says that: “I left the engineering field to become a Realtor®. I listed and sold a 62+ acre tract to developer Mike Davis. I worked side by side with him the next 2 years on the development of Heights at Deerfield. I helped plat & plan the subdivision. I spoke before the Planning & Zoning board presenting the plans for approval. I worked with the county to obtain their approval. I sold the 130+/- 1/2 acre lots to Doug Scott and the 13 duplex lots to Gary Atwood. I then sold some of the homes and duplexes. This was the first 1/2 lot subdivision of it’s kind in Hutto. I continued to list and sell other unrelated properties during & following this time. Once Doug had completed Heights at Deerfield he started Clark’s Crossing subdivision and would ask me to sit the model home on occasion. When Doug retired and his son Tim Scott began building in Rivers Crossing (another 1/2 acre subdivision) Tim called and asked me to represent him in Rivers…”
Since the real estate market is in continual flux, and since no two markets are exactly alike, Pamela is also diligent in remaining up to date with the trends and statistics affecting real estate markets in and around Central Texas. These details don’t reveal the core of what makes Pamela J. Rickel the agent whose clients return again and again – and send her their friends and family members.
Continued “…Over the next 5 years I sold the homes in Rivers as well as listing and selling unrelated properties. There was NO building superintendent and I had no assistant so I had to wear that hat as well. I created forms and exhibits to improve the change order system on the ‘to be built” homes as there was not one in place. These opportunities combined with my engineering background provided me with extensive knowledge of the home construction process. It also tipped the scale heavily in favor of the number of homes I’ve listed and sold vs. being a buyer’s rep.”
